Inpatient care is provided in a facility—often a hospital, but also nursing facilities and free-standing hospice houses—that can provide around-the-clock clinical care.
Hospice Care

Our services support patients and their families as we provide hospice care at home. Medical equipment and medications will be delivered to the home prior to the hospice team assessment and care.

Support
Medical equipment and medications are delivered to the home.
Respite care provides up to 5 days of Medicare-certified inpatient care for a hospice patient to prevent caregiver role strain.
24/7 Special
Services
During weekdays you may contact your hospice team at the number provided to you. Telecare hospice team is available: evenings, weekends and holidays via phone to answer questions and dispatch someone to the bedside, if necessary.
Palliative
CARE
Palliative care can occur at any point in life, for any duration, and it can occur in conjunction with curative care. Hospice care, which includes palliative care, is designed to provide comfort and dignity in the last six months of a patient’s life.
